Through strategic foresight, drive and determination, he built an IT company, PT Optima Data Internasional, which now has become one of the leading Oracle partners in Indonesia. In 2014, Johnson Tan and his team have been entrusted by management to start the operations of PT Optima Data Internasional. Today, Optima Data Internasional has grown from limited resources to more than 70 consultants in order to fulfill nationwide projects. Over the years, Johnson Tan and team have diversified product solution to include not only a core ERP but also vertical solutions such as property management or payroll systems.

As Chief Of Operations Strategic Solutions Sundy is part of the company’s leadership team with responsibility for ODI’s ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning ) Netsuite and Oracle Fusion Customer Experience strategy, working closely with its Consulting, Maintenance and Technical Development teams. Sundy Lumenta has more than 20 years of experience in IT industry and has played key roles in sustaining the company, having held increasingly senior positions at the company, including director and technology positions.Sundy Lumenta has a solid understanding of implementation methodology, solution architecture, and continuous capability in strategic planning and organizational development.

As Chief Of Operations Enterprise Solutions, Joben is part of the company’s leadership team with responsibility for ODI’s ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning ) Fusion, E-Business Suite and Oracle Technology strategy, working closely with its Consulting, Maintenance and Technical Development teams. A highly experienced practitioner, Joben draws on more than 20 years’ experience working within the IT industry, predominantly within the Oracle technology area and Oracle ERP Implementation. He strongly believes that results can only be achieved if the human dimension and change management are involved during system implementation.
